Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City (BUH), affiliated with the State Bank of Vietnam since 1976, is a specialised higher education institution focused on finance, banking and economic disciplines. The University offers a wide range of academic programmes across 18 majors and serves more than 13,000 students.
BUH employs nearly 500 academic and administrative staff, including experienced researchers and experts in finance and economics. The University operates across three campuses, with the largest covering over 11 hectares, providing modern facilities for teaching, research and student development.
Recognised for its contribution to economic research, BUH ranks among the leading universities in Vietnam in terms of international publications in economics. Within the MICRO4ASIA project, BUH contributes to the development and implementation of micro-credentials and supports the strengthening of academic capacities in partner institutions.
